Each year, municipalities report the amount of materials diverted from landfills, in their areas. These reports are used by NDEP to calculate the State recycling rate for that year.
Below, you'll find the previous year's recycling rate both in a table format with the actual tonnage and a chart showing each commodity's percentage of the overall total. On the right, is a drop down pick list of previous years reports.
